Our Project Manager and Site Manager facilitate all communications between the design and specialist teams with the builders. This includes the transmission of programmes and technical drawings, the ordering and delivery of plant and materials and finally, the establishment of contingencies for unforeseen challenges. A well-managed build is more likely to be achieved within budget, on time and at a high service delivery standard.
